Kathleen M. Phillips

Kathleen M. Phillips has been practicing law for approximately 30 years.  She is an honors and law review graduate of Florida State University. Ms. Phillips is a well-known and highly regarded labor and ERISA attorney.  She has successfully handled numerous Title VII, Section 1983 and other employment discrimination cases. Kathleen M. Phillips is a member of The Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in Florida State Courts, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits and U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts. Ms. Phillips is also a member of various organizations including, the AFL-CIO, Lawyers Coordinating Committee, and International Foundation of Employee Benefits. Ms. Phillips has served as member of the Executive Committee of the Employment and Labor Section of the Florida Bar.

Most importantly Ms. Phillips is a fierce advocate for her labor clients. She brings analytical and advocacy skills to each of her cases.  She is relentless in her pursuit of workplace justice.
