M&R Mediation 11-09 PDF

Dear Brothers:

I was contacted by Mediator Jack Kane yesterday; he conveyed to me that he is reviewing the M&R subcommittee Articles 3 and 12. He also mentioned that he is scheduled to meet with senior management of American Airlines near the end of September.
After meeting with AA Senior management, he will make the determination of when to set the next mediation conference. Mediator Kane asked us to tentatively hold the week of November 9, 2009 open for resuming mediation; please pencil these dates in your calendars. As soon as we have additional information, it will be forwarded to the Committee.
