Mr. Teele represents debtors, unsecured and secured creditors in Chapter 11 cases throughout the United States. He currently serves as counsel for Meridian Behavioral Health LLC and its affiliates in Chapter 11 cases pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York and as counsel for U.S. Eagle Corp. and its affiliates in Chapter 11 cases pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. Mark Richard
First became involved with the labor movement in 1975 as the South Florida Boycott Organizing Director for Cesar Chavez’ United Farm Workers Union (“UFW”).  He was UFW coordinator for the grape and lettuce boycott in South Florida.

In 1980, Richard graduated the University Of Miami School Of Law. Since then Mr. Richard has handled multiple strategic and corporate campaigns as well as numerous NLRB, PERC and arbitration proceedings. read more…

Has been practicing law for approximately 30 years.  She is an honors and law review graduate of Florida State University. Ms. Phillips is a well-known and highly regarded labor and ERISA attorney.  She has successfully handled numerous Title VII, Section 1983 and other employment discrimination cases. Kathleen M. Phillips is a member of The Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in Florida State Courts, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits and U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts. Ms. Phillips is also a member of various organizations including, the AFL-CIO, Lawyers Coordinating Committee, and International Foundation of Employee Benefits.
