We can use our power to turn the country around and build a future with good jobs, healthcare for all, quality education and adequate retirement. In the past two years we’ve seen the stimulus package, increased enforcement of labor law, historic healthcare overhaul and tough regulation of Wall Street. Now is not the time to bring progress to a screeching halt.

Getting important things done that affect TWU members, such as funding public transportation, improving airline safety and upgrading infrastructure, will require having politicians who stand up for working families.

So, get informed, know the candidates, understand the issues and go vote for people who will represent working people in Washington, DC.
