Election Committee Report of December 2, 2010
Last week through today we folded and stuffed ballots for the Line Station positions of Chairman, Vice Chairman and Secretary. These ballots are due back no later than 9:00 am on December 20, 2010 when we will pick them up from the secure post office box and bring them back to the Union Hall for counting.
At the January membership meeting there will be nominations for the Election Committee and the voting will be in March 2011. Shop Steward elections will be held in January 2011.

Chairman of Plant Maintenance Ballot Recount
Local 514′s Election Board has observed the hand recount of ballots conducted by AAA for the position of Chairman of Plant Maintenance. The final count:
John Carlisle 123
Dale Lantz 119
There was no change in numbers from the original certification. We, therefore, reaffirm that John Carlisle was duly elected to the position of Chairman of Plant Maintenance.
