2016 Labor to Labor

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

Help us contact fellow union members to let them know which candidates have been endorsed by the OK AFL-CIO. The HubDialer system has been set up so you can make calls from anywhere as long as you have a computer, laptop, or tablet and a phone. Contact Tiffany Phillips at 918.832.8128 or neokclc@gmail.com for information on how to access and help in using the system.
Labor endorsed candidates are in need of volunteers to knock doors between now and Election Day. Many candidates are looking for volunteers to drive their door knockers from door to door.

Following are endorsed candidates who have reached out to us about needing volunteers:

  • John Myers (OK Senate 1), Rhonda Cox (OK Senate 3), and Jack Reavis (OK Senate 9) – Phone Banks to voters are being run out of the Cherokee County Democratic Party HQ. Tyler Keen is coordinating volunteers for phones as well as doors on behalf of these candidates. Contact Tyler at 918.944.9771 or by email.
  • Jeri Moberly (OK House 74) – door knocking weekday afternoons and on weekends. Could also use help covering a booth at Harvest Festival this Saturday. Contact Amanda Duncan for more information.

Contact Tiffany if you’d like to help with a specific race and she will get you linked up with their volunteer coordinator.

Those who volunteer their time to knock doors or phone bank will be entered for a chance to win an Amazon Fire tablet from the OK AFL-CIO. You can find more information about the giveaway here.
