Tech Ops – Tulsa Employee of the Month Program

A new employee recognition program is launching for Tech Ops – Tulsa employees on April 1. We have many great programs at a corporate level designed to recognize our team members’ accomplishments, including Above and Beyond, and Chairman’s Awards. Building on that platform, we have streamlined and enhanced our process to bring local recognition to the great work our Tulsa team does each day.

Our employee recognition will feature an Employee of the Month (EOM). Hangars 1/2, Hangars 3/4, Hangars 5/6, AAERO, Quality Control, Stores, Facilities and CRO will each select an EOM. Any employee below a Level 5 can be nominated – and anyone, at any level, can make a nomination. Management in each organization will review and select the honoree for their organization each month.

EOM honorees will have a choice between three different gifts – a Bluetooth waterproof outdoor speaker; a desktop digital photo frame; or a 5 piece deluxe BBQ set. Plus, EOM’s will have VIP parking for one month, in the parking area of their choice.

The recognition doesn’t stop there – a quarterly recognition luncheon will be held for EOM honorees. At the end of the year, an Employee of the Year will be chosen from all EOM honorees. For 2017, the lucky Employee of the Year will receive one year of VIP parking, and a 3 day/2 night stay at the Hilton – Miami Airport.
