We had conversations with management concerning the dock plan for 2014 and vacation planning. We requested that they allow for more members to be off during the time periods were workloads are reduced.
This did not happen and picks had started.
Gary Yingst recommended that management suspend the current selection process and follow through with the above plan. AA Agreed. They will be determining the number of people they can work with and restart the process.
