DOJ to Block Merger
- November 25 trial date set for U.S. challenge to AMR/US Airways merger. (Details Here)
- Over 8,000 TWU members petition the DOJ to Stop trying to block the merger.
Meeting with Bill Collins and Mark Easton
- Still pushing for Pot-Luck shifts to return, Collins mentioned that new shift tracking software could make this a possibility. Still in testing stages.

Tech Crew Chiefs
- Found that the company had Union Tech Crew Chiefs training vendors. Gary Yingst spoke with Mark Easton and this will no longer happen.
MCT Membership meeting @ Greater SouthWest Airport-Dallas (GSW)
- President Dale Danker, VP Gary Yingst and Recording Secretary Jay Potter along with E-Board member Gene Chapin attended the MCT regular membership meeting.
