AA Bankruptcy Restructuring Plan has been Approved by Judge Lane
- The MOU that gave us a 4.3% pay raise is only if we merge with US Airways and after the MERGER happens.
- Lane made it clear that American’s reorganization plan would not take effect unless the merger occurs, and the plan would go back to Lane if a merger isn’t allowed or a settlement changes its terms.
