Lela French, LCSW, CEAP, SAP Qualified

Chairwoman of MLS:

As always, wash your hands several times a day as needed. There are cleaning items that are out of stock on TUL base. The union has been notified they are on order. You can still clean your work area with hot soapy water mixed with a little clorox if the clorox is available. If not bring in some from home until we get a supply in.

Wear a mask. Wear a mask. Wear a mask. If it is one made from ‘home’…..use 2Xcoffee filters to help inside the mask to better filter. We are asking you to stay 6 feet apart as you are able, even at break and eating lunch. Clocking out should not be different, stay 6 feet apart. Until we get on the other side of this virus we all need to be following guidelines set forth for our own protection. Stay healthy – stay safe. If you are sick, stay home. If you are out of sick time call your Supervisor first and they will figure something out with the Lost Time Administrators. Go thru your Supervisors on taking off work. Get everything in writing and have a copy of what has been approved. The company will inform you of what options are available. No one should come to work sick.

If you put in for VLOA or Early Out Option…the company will be the one that will update that with information as to when they will begin the process. The union does not know the start date on any of the options that were filled out for.  Please read everything given to you by the company and understand it before you sign any completed forms. Get everything in writing and keep a copy.

Lost Time Administrators:

Martha Abbott 292-1853 – Jules Townsend 292-2644 – Tera Simon 292-1357 – Angie Anderson 292-1996
