Eddie started working with us here at American Airlines in 1989 and retired from the position of Aviation Maintenance Technician, Bench Avionics in 2009.

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Eddie Wayne Albert (Nowata, Oklahoma), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 18, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Eddie Wayne departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Eddie Wayne may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Eddie Wayne leaves behind.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Benjamin Funeral Services (114 W Cherokee Ave, Nowata, OK 74048). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the First Church of God (408 S Pine St, Nowata, OK 74048). A burial will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Ball Cemetery.
