We would like to offer our condolences to the family and friends of Brother Terry Lesperance Jr., who passed away in on March 8th 2025.
Terry started working with us here at American Airlines in 1996 as an Overhaul Support Mechanic and progressed into the position of Technical Crew Chief Aviation Maintenance Technician. Terry also participated in the TWU as an Executive Board Member at Large, Steward, Organizer, Benefits and Communications.

It’s clear that Brother Terry was a valued member of his community, and his passing will be deeply felt by those who knew him. As a member of the American Veterans Motorcycle Club (AVMC), Brother Terry was part of a brotherhood. that shares a strong bond and commitment to one another.
