It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our retired sister, Jennifer Pauley, on May 25th, 2025. Jennifer dedicated 17 years of her life to serving American Airlines, and her legacy will be deeply felt by all who knew her.
Jennifer’s journey with American Airlines began in 1998 as a building cleaner, where she quickly demonstrated her work ethic and dedication. Her hard work and determination led to her promotion to Aircraft Cleaner by 2000, and she continued to take on new challenges as a Fleet Service Clerk. Ultimately, Jennifer found her passion as an Overhaul Support
Mechanic, a role she held until her well-deserved retirement in 2015 through the Voluntary Reduction in Force program.
We offer our sincerest condolences to Jennifer’s loved ones, friends, and fellow union members during this difficult time. May we take a moment to reflect on the impact she had on our lives and our workplace, and may we honor her memory by continuing to uphold the values of solidarity, hard work, and dedication that she embodied.
Rest in peace, Sister Jennifer. Your memory will be cherished, and your contributions to our union family will never be forgotten.
