It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Brother Dennis DeVries on April 14th, 2026. Dennis was a valued and respected Aviation Maintenance Technician who joined American Airlines in 1990 and served with distinction for many years.
We extend our deepest condolences to the DeVries family and ask that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
Dennis will be deeply missed by his colleagues and friends, and his contributions to our Union and the airline industry will not be forgotten. We will remember him for his dedication, work ethic, and commitment to our shared values.
Rest in peace, Brother Dennis. Your legacy will live on in our hearts and in the work we do together.
