TWU, Local 514 members who are Titles I, II and V can submit a Voluntary Election Revocation form.
If you wish to revoke your Voluntary Election (SIS or Early Out) selection, the form must be completed and returned to your Manager.
The Revocation period will start September 26, 2012 and end September 30, 2012. September 29 and 30, 2012 falls on a weekend. If you cannot find your Manager on these dates you can fill out the form and have it time stamped and place it in the mail slot at the Employee Service Center in the Administration Building. The form is on Jetnet, in the Grievance Office and at the Union Hall and RIGHT HERE.
