Your TWU-IAM TechOps Association Main Negotiation Committee met this week in Phoenix, Arizona. During the meeting, the committee collected and organized all survey submissions, which will now be distributed to the appropriate subcommittees for review.
The subcommittees have been given a designated timeframe to thoroughly evaluate the survey submissions and gather supporting information. Once their reviews are complete, the recommendations will be returned to the Main Negotiation Committee for further consideration. The Main Negotiation Committee has committed to an aggressive meeting schedule, meeting weekly from October 5th through November 13th to prepare for negotiations.
We would like to thank all members who took the time to submit survey responses and make their voices heard. The significant number of submissions demonstrates the strong engagement and commitment of our membership to the negotiation process.
We appreciate your time, patience, and continued support as we move forward. Our goal remains clear: to negotiate and secure the best contract in the industry for our members.
