ATD Director – Garry Drummond

Administer the Air Transport Division in accordance with the directives of the International President; responsible for enforcement of the International Constitution and all collective bargaining agreements under the jurisdiction of the Air Transport Division; administers the Dallas TWU ATD Field Office and Staff; including OPEIU, Secretarial, LTD Coordinator, etc.; coordinate all legal matters involving the Division with the International President and General Counsel; ensure that all International Staff carry out their specific assignments, as well as their general duties and responsibilities related to such assignments; prepare updates, summaries and reports as required by the International President.

SWA System Coordinator

Coordinate and oversee proper administration of Locals 555 and 556; lead and supervise Local negotiations and arbitrations as required; review COPE activities of assigned Locals; review and encourage Locals involvement in State Conferences, attend as required; conduct station meetings and visits with Local officers and members; attend all joint planning, business and financial briefings; prepare updates and summaries as required.

David Virella – International Representative, AA System Coordinator

Coordinate and oversee proper internal administration of AA Locals 501-591 and Allied Aviation Local 513; Responsible for all Staff assigned to AA; Coordinate all Title I,II,III,IV and Stores Meetings and Committees; Chair all AA Presidents Council Meetings when convened; Preside over all AA Contract negotiations:

Represent TWU on Reduction in Force Committee (RIF); Coordinate and represent TWU regarding International Dispute Panels, including but not limited to: Seniority Protest – SEP, Injury on Duty – IOD, Reduction in Force – RIF, Part Time Utilization – PTU, Sick Leave Harassment – SLH, Accommodation (Medical) Review – ARB, Safety Panel – SAF; Responsible for all Title III System Boards and captions; serve as, or designate a System Board Member; review COPE activities of all assigned Locals; review and encourage Locals involvement in State Conferences, attend as required; attend all joint planning, business and financial briefings when available; prepare updates and summaries as required.

Sean Doyle – International Vice President

Work with State conferences, providing them with ATD updates/issues, work with staff to ensure Local participation, attend as required; coordinate all Division Organizing efforts; work with TTD on aviation issues; International Committee on Appeals member;

Oversee and coordinate the proper internal administration of AA Maintenance Overhaul Bases 514 (TUL), 567 (AFW), including Stores and Technical Specialists, as well as Local 591; coordinate all M&R Special Projects, Meetings and Committees within M&E and Stores; Represent TWU on all Tech Crew Chief Bid – TCB Panel and Tech Crew Chief Application – TCA Panels; provide oversight for all Cross Utilization (CU) Panels; responsible for all M&R System Boards and Captions, including 29D’s; prepare updates and summaries as required; support AA System Coordinator as required; review COPE activities of all assigned Locals; conduct station meetings and visits with Local officers and members; attend all joint planning, business and financial reviews and meetings when available; prepare updates, summaries and reports as required.

Gary Shults – International Representative

Lead and supervise Local negotiations and Arbitrations as required; Oversee the proper internal administration of Locals 516, 540, 541 – 542 (except AA/AE), 544, 545, 550 and 557; International Committee on Appeals Chairman; preside over all Dispatch Local Presidents Councils; review COPE activities of all assigned Locals; review and encourage Locals involvement in State Conferences, attend as required; conduct station meetings and visits with Local officers and members; prepare updates and summaries as required.

Tony McCoy – International Staff Specialist

SME regarding Automotive & Facilities classifications within the Division; Oversees QAM revisions and “Experience Credit Review” Committee; serve on WER panel; when required, serve as Union System Board Member for cases having a system impact; serve as alternate Union System Board Member for the Division when required; serve on Cross-Utilization panel; assist in contract negotiations within the Division (currently AA); review and encourage Locals involvement in State Conferences, attend as required; assist M&R Representative as necessary; conduct station meetings and visits with Local officers and members; attend joint planning, business and financial briefings; prepare updates and summaries as required.

Jose Galarza – International Representative/AE System Coordinator

Division liaison for Veterans Affairs; Responsible for coordinating and overseeing the proper internal administration of AE Locals 541, 542, 570 – 576; schedule and preside over all American Eagle Presidents Council Meetings; review COPE activities of assigned Locals; administer American Eagle System Boards; review and encourage Locals involvement in State Conferences, attend as required; conduct station meetings and visits with Local officers and members; attend joint planning, business and financial briefings; prepare updates, reports and summaries as required.

Richard Boehm – International Representative

Responsible for coordinating and overseeing the proper internal administration of Locals 504, 525, 526 and 527; schedule and preside over all Service Contracts Locals Presidents Council Meetings; review and encourage Locals involvement in State Conferences, attend as required; conduct station meetings and visits with Local officers and members; prepare updates and summaries as required.

Thom McDaniel – International Vice President

Responsible for negotiations between Local 577 and Allegiant Airlines; responsible for coordinating and overseeing the proper internal administration of Local 577; review and encourage Locals involvement in State Conferences, attend as required; conduct station meetings and visits with Local officers and members; assist Sean Doyle on State Conference issues; assist in all Division Organizing efforts; prepare updates and summaries as required.

ATD SECRETARIAL STAFF

Karen Avants: Administrative Secretary to the ATD Director. ATD Office Manager. Take minutes for meetings as assigned by ATD Director or Assistant ATD Director. Assist the other staff as needed.

Hours: varies (usually 8:00 – 3:30)

LeeAnn Hartness: In addition to her main duties of maintaining all AA & AE dockets, LeeAnn is a backup for Cara when she is out. Other duties as assigned by the ATD Office Manager.

Hours: 9:00 – 4:30

Cara Steelman: In addition to her main duties as LTD Coordinator, Cara is a backup for LeeAnn when she is out. Other duties as assigned by the ATD Office Manager.

Hours: 8:00 – 3:30
