All prefunding refund checks issued on 12/10/2012 will be void if not cashed with-in 180 days.
If you received a prefunding check from J.P. Morgan and do not cash it within 180 days from the date of issue, you will need to call J.P. Morgan at 1-800-345-2345 to have the checks reissued.
Not all TWU-represented employees are affected. Some were not eligible and some did not prefund.
There are many prefund checks that have not been cashed. If you are holding one of those, it will be void after June 6, 2013.
