Below is the timeline for the Fleet Service & Ground Service Ratification Vote.
The mailing of ballots will take place on Thursday, December 1, 2011.
The receipt deadline is scheduled for Monday, December 19, 2011 at 9:00 am cst, in order to be counted as eligible.
Duplicate ballots
To obtain a duplicate ballot, a member must call in person to (972) 774-6934.
Duplicate ballots will be mailed out Monday through Friday, beginning on December 6, 2011.
The last date for a member to request a duplicate ballot is December 15, 2011.
Duplicate ballot requests will be taken Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am – 12:00 pm cst for same day mailout. Requests made after this time will be mailed out the following day. All duplicate ballots must be sent via mail; there are no drop-offs allowed.
The tabulation of ballots will take place on Monday, December 19, 2011 at 10:00 am cst at The Chicago Room of Galleria Tower 3 located at 13355 Noel Rd., Suite 225, Dallas, TX, 75240. Each Local may have one (1) observer attend the ballot tabulation.
