Send an e-mail to talent.services@aa.com with your name and employee number. State that you are a laid-off employee and want to put in for a 12M transfer. List where the transfer is (Tulsa) and what the position is (such as A/C Cleaner); and if you want full- time or part-time; Title one only has full-time, but you still have to list it.
Example: My name is John Doe, employee number 54321 and I am currently a laid-off OSM with recall rights to Tulsa. I would like to put in for a 12M transfer to the full- time position of A/C Cleaner in Tulsa, OK. My contact number 123-456-7890.

They will send a response via e-mail that your request was received and you are placed on the transfer list. Make a hard copy for your records and send one to the Union Hall for your file as back-up.
