Save Your Training Records Before Next Year – The transfer of training records to LMS (in Jetnet) for all M&E employees will be completed during the first quarter of 2011. At that time, training records will be removed from Sabre. It is strongly recommended that employees access and copy training records before this date to protect yourself in the event that data is lost during the transfer. Training records can be accessed in Res by signing in and then typing MQ*employee number/A enter, or JJemployee number/A enter. If your Res code has expired, see your staff assistant or supervisor to reinstate. (Training)
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Debit Cards will be ‘Turned Off’ January 1, 2011 – The Health Care FSA debit card bill be,turned off? effective January 1, 2011. You can still access your 2010 Health Care FSA dollars through the grace period of March 15, 2011 by using Express Online or auto reimbursement. There are other changes too. Effective January 1, 2011, over-the-counter (OTC) drugs will no longer be reimbursed without a prescription. Take a few minutes to learn more on the Enrollment Planning page on Jetnet.
