Dear Brother Videtich:
Attached is the list of Tulsa members for the 757 portion of the equity according to the Horowitz decision rendered August 5, 2013. As you know, we were on a very short deadline to put this list together. The task of identifying the docks and shops that directly supported the 757 overhaul operation during the time frame was a task more suited for a few weeks as opposed to a few days.
The data relied on to populate this list was supplied by local management in Tulsa. Hence, we had no mechanism to verify the accuracy of the information short of contacting each individual member.
Therefore, we reserve the right to add any additional names of eligible members who become known to us after the submission of these lists and distribution of the equity,
