To All AA Local Presidents and Benefit Coordinators:
In regards to the Benefits Enrollment and LTD not showing, your members still have LTD. Please make sure you relay that to them when they ask, this was a misunderstanding with the new deduction company AON. It is only not showing up for the enrollment process, but our members still have their coverage.
