The Stores Negotiating Committee reconvened on November 16, 2010 in Hurst, Texas with Mediator Jack Kane. Accompanying Jack Kane was Walter Darr, a recent addition at the National Mediation Board (NMB).
Our Committee presented a power point presentation to the Mediators to examine the failures of the rejected Tentative Agreement and to request an expedited return to the bargaining table. It is in our member’s and American Airlines best interest to return to the table to explore avenues to reach an agreement that satisfy both parties.
Although Mr. Kane could not give us an exact date as soon as we get a confirmed date, we will put it out to our membership.
