Transition from PayFlex to WageWorks: What to Expect

WageWorksRemember, you will not be able to access spending accounts during the transition period – December 15, 2013 – January 6, 2014.
This includes your:

  • HRA (Health Reimbursement Spending Account)
  • HSA (Health Savings Account)
  • HIA (Health Incentive Account)
  • HCFSA (Health Care Flexible Spending Account)
  • DDCFSA (Dependent Day Care Flexible Spending Account)
  • LPFSA (Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Account)

PayFlex and WageWorks will be working closely during this time to transition all available spending account balances.

If you need your reimbursements before the end of the year, please file all claims through PayFlex before December 15, 2013. Otherwise, you will have to wait until January 7, 2014 when your account is available through WageWorks for reimbursement.

Need a refresher course  on how to get reimbursed using your health spending accounts this year?  Choose your medical option for 2013 and get all the information.

Standard Option: Health Reimbursement Account (HRA)

Core Option: Health Savings Account (HSA)

Value Option: Health Incentive Account (HIA)

* Note: Although your account will move over to WageWorks effective January 7, 2014, you will be able to access and view historical information on the PayFlex website. To access PayFlex go to:

  • www.healthhub.com
  • Select “Employee Account Login”
  • Enter your employee number with leading zeroes to make 9 digits
    (Example employee number 123456 – enter 000123456)
  • Enter your zip code
  • Create a user name and password
