The Tulsa Area United Way has supported health and human services programs in our community since 1924. It is governed by a local volunteer board of directors. The money raised in our community stays in our community. More than 90 cents of every dollar contributed goes directly to helping people in need in Creek, Okmulgee, Osage, Rogers, Tulsa and Wagoner counties.
Because Local 514 members have always worked to help people in need, I am encouraging every Local 514 member to take advantage of the opportunity to help again this year. Please support the 2009 United Way Drive.
