Aon identified an issue with the pricing for TWU LTD.
The pricing should be $4.05 per employee per month for first $1,250 of earnings or $48.60 annually for the first $15,000. Aon did not annualize the $4.05 for the first $15,000. Pricing is set up as $4.05 annually for that first $15.000. As a result Aon is under charging $44.55 on an annual basis, or about $1.70 cents per paycheck for biweekly paid participants.
In total, approximately 6,700 participants are affected. The correction was moved into the our system each participant has probably already seen an adjustment on their last pay check to make up for the difference in cost.
