It has come to our attention that some members that have participated in the Volunteer Early Out (VEO) and even some that have been laid-off, had been receiving an unemployment check and now has been terminated. Some were even contested before ever receiving them.
We are under the impression that American Airlines has hired a 3rd Party to fight unemployment cases .
