- In honor of those individuals who were killed or injured in the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building on April 19, 1995, Governor Fallin has issued a proclamation ordering all United States flags and Oklahoma flags to be flown at half-staff from 5:00 pm on Friday, April 18, 2014 until 8:00 am on Monday, April 21, 2014.
