The arbitrator’s awards regarding eligibility for participation in the distribution of equity related to the 757 overhaul outsourcing grievance held that because 757 airframe overhaul were done, or could have been done, at Tulsa, AFW and DWH, employees at those bases who worked on or in direct support of airframe overhaul were eligible to participate in the equity distribution.
If you did not receive a distribution from the 757 overhaul grievance and believe that you were eligible to participate in the distribution, you may file an appeal with the Equity Distribution Appeals Committee. Each employee claiming a right to participate in the distribution must file a claim that explains the basis for his/her appeal. Appeals must be submitted by June 16, 2014.
