Association Update

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

The TWU-IAM TechOps Association Negotiating Committee met in Phoenix, Arizona, during the week of November 2, 2026, for continued contract negotiations prep on behalf of the membership.

During the meetings, the Committee dedicated significant time to reviewing and discussing proposals developed by the Maintenance & Related (M&R) Subcommittee. These discussions focused on evaluating contract language and advancing proposals that support the long-term interests of TechOps employees.

Work continues across multiple areas of the bargaining process as the Committee remains committed to securing a Collective Bargaining Agreement that recognizes the value, skill, and contributions of our members while establishing industry-leading standards.

The TWU-IAM TechOps Association appreciates the continued support and solidarity of the membership throughout negotiations. The Committee remains focused on the important work ahead and is dedicated to pursuing an agreement that delivers meaningful improvements for all represented employees.

In Solidarity,

The TWU – IAM Techops Association Negotiations Committee
