As posted last week, the smaller negotiating committee again met with the company on Wednesday September 11th through Friday September 13th . The committee and the company continued working to resolve existing known contract-related issues which the parties both believe can be resolved without full Section 6 negotiations.
Based upon previous discussions with American Airlines, we reasonably expect the economic offers to be presented for all Classifications, along with applicable premiums, for each group, next week on September 18th and 19th.
Once your Negotiation Committee has been briefed on the results from those contractual issues discussions, and receives an actual economic offer, your Negotiation Committee will update the membership on the details and the next steps.
