It has come to our attention that American Airlines has made errors in Local 514’s members insurance cards and coverage. We are advising you to take time and make sure you have received your insurance and Medco Pharmacy cards. Everyone should have received them the last part of December 2011. Temporary medical or Medco cards are available on Jetnet.
1) Please check to see if you have received your Insurance and Medco cards.
2) Ensure the names on the insurance card have been spelled correctly, and all the names of your family members are on the insurance card.
We also need you to go to the Benefit Service Center on the “My Benefits” page on Jetnet. You should make sure that you can see your 2012 benefits. These selections should reflect the selections you made in October of last year. Next, make sure your family members are covered by the green check marks next to their name. Also, please check your personal information on Jetnet to make sure it is correct.
