If the company holds a 29f to investigate a matter that may lead to further action against you please understand that per Article 29f, of our agreed to contract, you as a Union member have the right to Union representation. It also states that they company will inform you of this right to have Union representation.
I highly recommend that you have a Union Representative with you.
If you do not have a Union Representative when you enter the meeting you can request one and ask that the meeting be on hold until a Union Representative can get to your location.
