Since the Company is announcing LayOff's Another Voluntary Early Out is available per our Current CBA. This does NOT contain the same option for retiree health reimbursement account (RHRA).
- Election window: 10:30 a.m. CT Aug. 25 – 10:30 a.m. CT Aug. 28
- Eligibility:
- You must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of company seniority.
- You must not be affected by the reduction in force.
- Details:
- You will receive a one-time lump sum payment of $22,500 paid within thirty (30) days upon release date.
- You will lose your recall rights and forfeit your seniority upon release date.
- You will receive a severance allowance as outlined in the applicable Service JCBA.
- Being awarded the VEOP will not have an impact on any Sick Leave Buy Back provisions in the applicable JCBA.
