FLOC : Future Leaders Organizing Committee
Who is FLOC?
A committee located throughout the Tulsa maintenance base. We are here to be voices for our Union brothers and sisters. We would like to encourage all new and young members to get involved.
What is our purpose?
Our goal is to motivate everyone to get active and involved in our Union, by coming out to the Union Hall on the last Monday of each month and help us vocalize issues that affect our workplace morale. We also encourage our brothers and sisters to come out to events hosted at the Union Hall. Such as, family events, Super Bowl party and cook offs. Power is in numbers! If we ALL speak, we will be HEARD!
Our next step?
There will be a questionnaire given out to collect feedback about our member’s concerns. The feedback will be anonymous but vocalized to our leaders.
Let’s all work collectively to make change happen! Tomorrow’s leaders become active today!
