It’s getting hot!
Drink plenty of water every day. Stay hydrated to keep your body well.
Experts recommend women drink 11 cups of water per day and 16 cups of water for men. Not all needs to just come from water. Lemons, berries, cucumber slices and oranges are a good source of water. Also, some can come from coffe or tea.
Stay away from sugar-sweetened drinks.
Always watch out for your coworkers. If you notice any signs of heat induced stress, for example, heavy sweating, confused, muscle cramps and nausea are a few. Take them to a cool place and put a cool cloth on them. If it appears to be more serious call 911.

Are you aware that the company has installed a camera inside the Gym?
They are using them to determine if you need discipline. Please be aware.
