The TWU Department of Legislative and Political Affairs Internship Program provides an opportunity for Local members, who have been actively involved as political activist, to gain valuable training as advocates. The three-week program is designed to: identify and train Local TWU activists on the legislative and political process; help with grass root campaigns , and help keep their Local active in participating with the legislative political process on the federal, state and local level.
