As part of the rollout of our new payroll system to more than 30,000 team members, direct deposit changes will be temporarily unavailable Oct.1-12.
If you need to make changes to your direct deposit banking information, we encourage you to do so by Sept. 30 at 11:59 p.m. CT or after the freeze is complete. This freeze applies to all U.S.-based team members except Flight Attendants and TWU-IAM Association-represented team members as these two groups will transition to the new payroll system next year.
