We just received an email from UBP explaining that some members’ direct deposits for their Voluntary Benefits have not been established. We are working to get them to correct this issue. Please review your next paycheck as they plan on this being taken care of by that time.
Letter from UBP:
I just found out why so many members are calling regarding their premiums not being deducted. The Company has not been able to set up all the accounts in time for the draft. Even those who were set up within the 1/10/2022 deadline.
Piedmont can easily take catch up payments once all are set up. Please let those members affected know the reason their premium was not drafted. We can sort out others who do not fall into this category with the next draft. Thank you all for your cooperation and patience.
