Next Friday, February 28, 2014, the Tulsa Base will host our first town hall with its CEO in over a decade. Doug will visit the Tulsa Base for a short visit in some of our production areas and meet members of the base team. We will then hold the town hall in Hangar 6A at 1045 on 02/28. Doug will begin with a few remarks and spend most of the hour in Q&A with those in attendance. The town hall will end at noon. We will videotape the town hall and post it on Jetnet for everyone to view.
Employees should enter Hangar 6A on the north side, coming from the CAM side of the building. If you enter Hangar 6 from the east door (Mingo side) at 6C, be sure to follow the walkway paths and avoid walking in the production areas. Employees coming from the off-site maintenance locations should enter the property at the south gate (next to Spirit) and park east of Hangar 6. Security personnel will be at the handicapped gate entrance to admit you beyond the turnstiles. All employees must display their AA ID.
Employees from the TUL Airport should contact their supervisor/manager regarding on-shift attendance at the town hall. We are finalizing arrangements and transportation for employees on duty at the TRIAD and will communicate those when confirmed. Any employee who does not have access through the base turnstiles should enter the property at the south gate (next to Spirit) and park east of Hangar 6. Security personnel will be at the handicapped gate entrance to admit you beyond the turnstiles.
We will only admit those employees with their company IDs displayed. We are looking forward to welcoming Doug to TULE!
