**If you have continuously prefunded for the ten (10) years immediately preceding retirement. If you  are over age 50, have 15 years of Company seniority, but have not yet prefunded for at least 10 years, you may leave the Company under the 50-55 Rule (as defined in the e-HR Center), and you must continue to prefund after leaving the Company until you have accumulated at least 10 years of prefunding. Flight Attendants retiring before January 1, 2012, must continuously prefund from the time when first eligible, (January 1, 2002).
