It has come to my attention that many have not received letters concerning their place in the equity stake. I want to share with you the facts on these letters.
There have been two letters sent out to date.
- One covering your the Health Insurance overpayment portion
- One for the Equity Distribution portion
If you have not received one or both of these letters in the mail to your residence, you need to mail out an Appeal form immediately. The deadline for these appeal letters is October 23, 2013.
This form is located on our TWU514.org website see image below for easy access to the sample letter and the form to print out. They will also be available in the Grievance office.
