Harmed by “Pay in Arrears” Payroll Change

We have noted that when AA implemented the new CBA “pay in arrears” method of payment and may have harmed some members.

So if you have the PDF of the DocuSign that you initialized on or before June 22nd, 2020 and did not fill out the second DocuSign. Please attach it to the following form with a description of what you wanted.

If you could not access the DocuSign information in your AA email you may also fill out the form.

  • June 1st- Docusign was to be ready per AA Letter- This did not happen.
  • June 11th 2020 the first DocuSign was in AA.com email

Take your time to review the options available to you and submit the form no later than July 2, 2020.

  • On June 22nd, 2020 a corrected DocuSign was in our AA.com email
    • IMPORTANT: This is your replacement DocuSign form. Whether you previously submitted the original DocuSign, declined all your election choices or made elections that did not include the payroll advance, you still must resubmit your elections using this replacement DocuSign form by July 5, 2020.
