As part of our multi-faceted stance against TSA’s recent decision to allow small knives on the plane, a petition, “Keep Knives Off the Plane. Block Transportation Security Administration Policy Decision to Accept Pre-9/11 Weapons” was created for public awareness and to gain support for all those whose safety will be in danger because of this decision.
TSA should not only be concerned about the catastrophic safety of the aircraft, it should also be concerned about the safety of passengers and crew members, specifically the Flight Attendants who are the most vulnerable and the first line of defense, or used against an Air Marshal.
We urge our members, along with their friends and family, to sign the petition here and take a stand for the safety of all.
