More on WARN Letters:

A Message from President Dale Danker on the Warn Letters..

It is a known fact that the company has notified the Association of impending layoffs. That notification was driven by the WARN act. Some states require 90 days notice and some states require 60 days. Some states require individual letters be sent to employees and some states only require notification to the union that represents those that may be impacted by the layoff.

Here in Tulsa the state requires a 60 day notice be given to the Union.
So where are we exactly at?
I believe the company could send out layoff notifications no earlier Oct 1st.  They do not tell me a number but only that they will reevaluate things after the early out opportunities close on July 31.

    • MyTime is expected to launch in August 2020. The actual date will be announced soon.
    • Team members will sign in using their employee ID number and password via a link on Jetnet.
    • MyTime is an easy way to call out from anywhere using a computer or mobile device.
    • Team members receive an automated email confirmation of their request.
    • Leaders will have better access to manning reports which will enable real-time staffing changes.
    • As a reminder, team members ability to call in via the existing telephone process will be discontinued on Aug. 30, 2020. Danker is in communication with the company with on the impact of shutting off the phone system

    • Once scheduled, an “Appointment Notice” will be required to be signed by the team member
    • Tulsa International Airport charges AA fees when team members fail to show up for their scheduled appointments or fail to return expired badges
    • Team members that fail to report for their scheduled appointment, or fail to return their expired badge, may be issued performance discipline from their supervisor
