Linked is the decision from the Feb. 2017 arbitration hearing. I was on a conference call today to discuss it. The prefunding case is being looked at to determine if there is a path to fight it going forward. The union’s position is it’s your money.
Equity- No word on any movement on the questions of tax liability or distribution. Again it’s your money and the International wants to get it out of their hands and into yours. I will update you on any movement as soon as I get word.
Negotiations – we passed scope to the company. The companies comment was “you guys want everything and then some”. My thoughts on their statement is that they are making billions in profits and they want us to agree to something worse than the bankruptcy language we currently have.
In short it looks like another year has passed where they promise you an industry leading contract but do not deliver.
Different year same old crap.

July 4th? Yes……
Yes, our next holiday at this wonderful company will be July 4th. And they keep saying how good they want to treat us..
I will stop my rant now. Just wanted to let you know I feel like everyone of you out on the floor working hard every day to keep safe quality planes in the sky.
