ARTICLE VII Salaries and Expenses

c. Officers or Executive Board may be issued electronic devices for duties of their job during their term of office (examples: tablet, cell phone, laptop, etc.). If any or all the devices are retained by the Officer or Executive Board at the end of their term, said devices will be considered earned taxable income. The dollar amount will be established by the fair market value established by online sales, eBay, etc., or appraisal value.
