Article 34 governs how much you have to work each month to accrue sick, 34(b) states Upon being credited with eh initial hours of sick leave, an employee will thereafter accrue three point three (3.65) hours of sick leave for every one hundred and seventy-three point three (173.3) hours paid of service with the Company, up to a maximum of forty (40) hours in any calendar year. Except for the initial six (6) months of credit, sick leave accrued during a calendar year will not be used prior to January 1 of the following year. Article 8 paragraph 3(a) states In any calendar month, fifteen (15) calendar days or more of service with the Company will be considered a full month and less than fifteen (15) calendar days will not be considered.
